The booking page separates the amount due at the selected Riyadh branch and any SAR 10-per-traveller Makkah–Madinah fee due later in Makkah. Transport-only fares never include hotel charges.
2. Expect a confirmation call
There is no public lookup by name, phone or document. Staff call after reviewing the request; after approval, the customer receives a WhatsApp message with a private PDF ticket link.
3. Approval and group ticket
The assigned agent or selected branch reviews the preliminary request before approval. The group ticket and QR become available only after approval.
